B & P Real Estate was commenced by the current principal Bob Bartlett under the agency name of "Jim Webber Real Estate". Over the past 10 years Bob has single handedly grown the business to a modern medium size agency with a rent roll of 200 with a modern computer based tenant and landlord accounting system.
In 2003 John Pass joined the agency as a sales consultant and has had a successful career in sales and assisting Bob in the running of the agency.
In June, the principal Bob Bartlett, saw potential and in partnership with John Pass made a successful offer for the purchase of the agency. July the 1st. 2005 saw B & P (Bartlett & Pass) Real Estate move to their new premises at 2/250 Musgrave Street, North Rockhampton.
In 2007 we saw several changes. The first was the arrival of our property manager Natasha Woodhouse who is the driving force in office & property mangement services. She has made valuable adjustments and improvements to our computer systems streamlining the receiving of rents and other management procedures.
B & P have consolidated their efforts into three major enterprises: Property Management, Residential Sales, Commercial Development.
Commercial development has seen excellent growth. Some of the developments soon to be announced are: Town House Development 10 x 3bed units.
Housing Estate with 43 (approx.) three bedroom brick houses in central North Rockhampton
and a housing estate at Gracemere to be completed November2007 releasing 40 house and land packages.
B & P anticipate that with the positive growth in the coal and beef sectors that Rockhampton will experience upward pressure on home and property prices for the coming year (short term to 2007) and are excited about our growth during this period.
